He performs with several bands in the city while simultaneously growing an audience of his own through web content and live solo performances. Drawing inspiration from artists such as Terrace Martin, PJ Morton, Robert Glasper, Khruangbin, and 70s black soul music, Freakwhensee draws unique feelings of emotion through each instrument. Freakwhensee brings his approach to a three-hour brunch gig featuring Live Loops from guitar, keyboard, bass, and drum pad stacked together to create dreamy soundscapes that captivate audiences. Almost entirely improvised, his performance focuses on creating deep feeling within the music and blending each vibe together through seamless transitions each containing a wealth of different genres and influences.
