With banjo, mandolin, upright bass, and acoustic guitar in constant conversation, their music moves from Bill Monroe to Lil Nas X, from tight originals like “Time Machine” to expansive Grateful Dead explorations. Since 2019, they’ve played 300+ shows nationwide and released two albums—New Escape (2021) and Greetings From (2024)—cementing their reputation as a road-tested, genre-bending live band. Texas Toast Bio: Texas Toast (Winona, MN) crafts psychedelic cowboy songs rooted in classic country and stretched by influences from folk, R&B, bluegrass, jam, and dance-pop. Formed in 2021, the band quickly evolved from a “pandemic project” into a road-tested live act, captivating audiences at festivals like Boats & Bluegrass, Blue Ox, People Fest, and Midwest Music Fest.
