Two celebrated Minnesota artists share the stage for a one-night-only performance at Icehouse. Meghan Kreidler (of Kiss the Tiger) and Diane Miller (of The Current) will each perform their own sets before joining forces for a special collaborative performance you won't see anywhere else.

Meghan Kreidler is best known musically in the Twin Cities as the lead singer of rock band Kiss the Tiger. Her solo project aims to explore the dueling forces of life/death, loss/renewal, and grief/joy through diaristic lyricism and aching melodies. Songs from a forthcoming theatrical project about the life of Anya Phillips and the New York  downtown no-wave scene of the late 70’s/early 80’s will also be shared. This evening she will be joined by Anna Beth Baker on cello, Peter Morrow on guitar, and Alyse Emanuel on drums.  

Kreidler is an actor and musician from Minneapolis, Minnesota. Her theater credits include work with Theater Mu, Mixed Blood Theatre, Guthrie Theater, Children’s Theatre Company, Theater Latté Da, History Theatre, Ten Thousand Things, Park Square Theatre, Workhaus Collective, and The Old Globe in San Diego. Notable roles include Lady Macbeth in Macbeth (Guthrie Theater), Rosalind in As You Like It (Guthrie Theater), Aldonza in Man of La Mancha (Theater Latté Da), and Tong in Vietgone (Mixed Blood Theatre). She is a recipient of the 2017 Ivey Award for Emerging Artist, the 2017 City Pages Artist of the Year, and the 2022-2023 McKnight Theater Artist Fellowship. 

Meghan also fronts local rock band Kiss the Tiger. Kiss the Tiger have released four studio albums including their 2017 EP “Elliot Park”, “Let Me Bleed” (2019) , “Vicious Kid” (2021), and “Infinite Love” (2025). They have opened for notable acts such as Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, Lucinda Williams, Lake Street Dive, Sammy Rae and the Friends, Gary Clark Jr., The Hold Steady, Low Cut Connie, and more. In 2023 Kiss the Tiger were included as a Featured Artist on the inaugural “Live List” put on by the National Independent Venue Association (NIVA) and The Black List. Kiss the Tiger are featured on this season of STAGE for Twin Cities PBS. 

Diane Miller

Diane Miller is a dynamic Minneapolis-based musician and radio host/producer known for her eclectic skill set and deep connections to the local music scene. Called a “Star of the North” by Mpls.St.Paul Magazine, Diane is not only multi-talented — she’s a trusted community-driven figure.

From hip-hop and rock ‘n’ roll to folk, Diane has consistently brought a wide range of genres to life throughout the Twin Cities via musical event curation, on-air broadcasts, live performances, and stage emceeing. Career milestones include performing the national anthem for both the Minnesota Twins and Lynx, sharing the stage with punk icon Tommy Stinson at First Avenue and the Dakota, and interviewing movie star Timothée Chalamet at the Minneapolis premiere of A Complete Unknown. She's opened for legendary artists as far reaching as Nelly, Joan Jett, and Soul Asylum. Diane has emceed the 8th and 10th annual Blue Ox Music Festivals. Diane is also a 2020-2021 McKnight Musician Fellow. 

As a prominent radio host/producer, Diane is the voice behind The Local Show, a staple of Minnesota music programming on The Current. She’s interviewed many iconic artists the industry, including Atmosphere, Hippo Campus, and Dessa, while also helping give rise to new high-profile artists like Durry, Ber, she’s green, and more.
