If you reserve a table, it is your for the entire show. 11AM START 2PM END $8 COVER (+taxes/fees) ABOUT TRIO CARIOCA TRIO CARIOCA plays a range of songs from the Brazilian repertoire–samba jazz, bossa nova, Brazilian popular music (MPB), and other genres such as baião and forró with a contemporary influence. With both instrumentals, as well as vocals sung in Portuguese, we bring lesser-known songs from both classic and new composers of Brazilian music such as João Donato, Roberto Menescal, Ivan Lins, and others. Trio Carioca is led by Daniel Williams, keyboardist and vocalist, born and raised in the Twin Cities, who has played Brazilian music for two decades, with a few trips to Brazil in between.
